Suitability is determined by the physician. A virtual encounter is not a substitute for a needed examination, access to relevant records or a designated practitioner.

What the physician may need

• Verified identity and authority
• Requested date range
• Receiving provider where relevant

Do not send records or health information through the public partnership form.

Important limits

• The platform cannot release records it does not hold.
• Follow applicable access deadlines and fee limits.
• Quebec physicians cannot charge for medical-record access, transcription, copying or transmission, including preliminary review or sorting for the access request.

Coverage and fees

An individual physician-approved quote, only after coverage and payer review.

Check the provincial plan, any employer or insurer payment, program-specific rules and tax treatment. Assessment and documentation must not be double-billed or bundled to conceal insured care.
